“Business Trip”

Filed under: Life — themiget @ 10:29 am

I’m off again today for 8 days this time. Another boring trip to Spain with my mum. Well, maybe not too boring. We are defiately signing this time. I am not as I haven’t got my INE number (Spainish National Insurance Number). So there is no point in me going. There are no clubs near me…

…no internet…

…and not much to do at all. I am bringing some DVDs and my new (from Christmas) Portable DVD Player. Yummy!

Anyway, Don’t do anything I wouldn’t and I promise to come back in at least one piece. Peace!

No, Victoria Beckham Did NOT Just Walk In The Room.

I’m different. I’ve changed. I feel completely different physically and mentally.

Things that made me change:
1. 3 different hairstyles in a week. Okay, the long hair was getting tiring and… bushy. So, I went for a haircut and came out looking like freaking Victoria Beckham. It gets worse. I actually went to a house party like it. It was embarressing. So, I got another haircut and this time, I look completely different. No long hair. It’s short and I look good for once.

2. I gave blood. I’ll never really know why I did it, but I did. You see, I suffer from hemophobia (a fear of blood). My cousin (works in a hospital) persuaded me and I said yes. I went through the entire thing. Although, I have a habit of stopping my breathing as I get too focused on what the nurse is doing to me. My mum thinks it hilarious when the the blood flow slows to halt and the nurse shouts, “Breath!”. I don’t.

3. Here’s something you will not hear everyday. I was at a party with the Iron Maiden’s lead singer’s son. Yeah, I didn’t meet him or actually see him but I am assured he was there.

4. My spainish solicitor (who is French, i know, a French Spainish English solicitor) said something that has really made me think. Firstly, she was talking about how ill she was and was unable to work for a couple of months. Then she continued into, “and you don’t need to worry about money and other stuff, life is too short and it’s shorter every minute. I take every day as it comes.” Either it’s a very cruel sales pitch or my solicitor is dying.

5. Today my mum thought it funny that I bought The Indenpendant (a newspaper). I really only bought it because I got a free bottle of water with it and I was dying of a hang over.

6. Just to point out: I am not dead as some people would believe… JULIAN! Also, I do realise this list has diverted from it’s orginal idea.

7. I want to go to Malta. I never realised how steeped in history Malta is. Back to when the Knights of St. John occupied the island right up to being the most bombed country during WWII. It has the oldest free standing stone buildings and the Lost City of Atlantis (a load of shit if you ask me, but you didn’t) is said to be around the area. Julian was looking for that when he was ten. He also built a time machine out of household items and he told it worked. Even at a young age I was a skeptic and didn’t believe much he said. Anyone know Little Weirdo by The Vandals? It reminds me of Julian!

8. I have to put this article up to annoy Julian.
A  Polish sea captain was remanded in custody after being accused of being drunk in charge of a cargo vessel which crashed into a North Sea gas platform. Zbigniew Krakowski (No, I did not make that name up!), 56, was held after the Jork hit the unmanned Viking Echo platform 40 miles northeast of Cromer, Norfolk, on Saturday. It was alleged at Boston magistrates’ court that Mr. Krakowski, of Szczecin, was almost three times over the alcohol limit. He did not enter a plea.

9. Went out clubbing yesterday. Was fun.

10. You know your life is boring when you struggle to write 10 interesting things about it.

Okay, you make up number 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. and 16.
